Situation

Your Royal Villa is situated on a slope in the outskirts of Kusadasi. From your terrace you overlook part of Kusadasi and you have a view over the sea with the Greek island of Samos in the nearby distance. The villa is part of a small-scale complex of about ten similar villas. The compound is walled and has its own security.

Interior/Exterior

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground-floor you will find two bedrooms, one of which has two double beds and one with one single bed. The large first bathroom is also situated on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the master-bedroom with its own bathroom.

The spacious kitchen has ample room for six persons. The tastefully decorated living room has also been designed to accommodate six persons.

From the living room as well as from the kitchen you have easy access to the vast terrace, boarding your private swimming-pool. At one side of the building there is an additional terrace, constructed around a built-in barbecue.

Furnishing

The Royal Villa has a central heating and an open fire-place and air conditioning, in order to allow you to relax pleasantly regardless the weather conditions. Naturally there is a washing machine, drier, iron and ironing-board, in order to allow you to wash your holiday gear, in case you wish to do so. If you do not feel like taking care of this yourself you can use our washing-service for an additional fee.

Fridge with freezer, gas-furnace with an oven and suction-exhaust and of course a dish-washer.

Colour Television, DVD-player with MP3 and CD.
